The unveiling of the new Super Eagles coach, Finidi George, has sparked good feelings for many Nigerian football prodigies playing top-flight football around the world, for 23-year-old Suleiman ‘Slow’ Danladi, he says it’s a good omen for him.

Danladi, a central midfielder with
KS Pogradeci in the Kategoria E dyte, made a positive impact on his debut season in the Albania league after his club gained promotion without losing a game.

“My debut season has been a challenging one, as it has shown that am willing to learn and improve my game.

“With the news that Nigeria football legend Finidi George has been named the Super Eagles coach, I feel hungrier than ever before.

“Every aspiring football player wants to play for the national team, as wearing the Super Eagles jersey is a big pride for anyone.
