The Super Eagles have been drawn in Group C alongside Tunisia, Uganda, and Tanzania in the tournament, which will be co-hosted by Kenya, Tanzania, and Uganda.

They will kick off their campaign against Tanzania’s Taifa Stars on Tuesday, January 22, 2025.

With Iwobi’s determination and the Super Eagles’ recent resurgence, Nigeria will be aiming to lift their fourth AFCON title after previous triumphs in 1980, 1994, and 2013.
