Zubairu, who traveled to Bulgaria last year for a refresher course, was previously on international duty with Nigeria’s U-20 side, the Flying Eagles.
The young coach led the team’s training session on Tuesday as preparations intensified for their upcoming match against defending champions Rangers.
The highly anticipated fixture is scheduled for this weekend, coinciding with the commencement of the second stanza of the season on Saturday, January 25.
