Galatasaray has devised a profit-sharing arrangement with its sponsors to generate funds for the acquisition of Super Eagles striker Victor Osimhen.

The forward, currently on loan from Napoli, could see his release clause drop from €81 million to €75 million in the upcoming summer transfer window.

Turkish football expert Ali Naci Küçük revealed the club’s strategy, stating, “Galatasaray is looking for sponsors to cover Osimhen’s transfer fee. The sponsors will share in any titles Osimhen wins proportional to their investment and will make a profit if the player is sold in the future. If this formula works, Osimhen will stay at Galatasaray for at least three more years.”

Osimhen has been in impressive form this season, recording 13 goals and five assists in 16 appearances across all competitions.

Additionally, Osimhen has played a mentorship role within the team, endorsing a young forward to Galatasaray’s management. He reportedly assured the club, “He is very talented; don’t miss him. I expect him to be even better than me.”

Galatasaray’s ambitious approach highlights their determination to retain the Nigerian striker and secure long-term success, even as European clubs continue to monitor Osimhen’s progress.
